Can you custom make me a piece?

Most probably, provided I am not too busy. Just flick me an email.

My ring doesn't fit. Can I return it?

Of Course! It is hard buying these things online and Dr Druzy understands that. As long as the ring is in the same condition as it is when it left, you can courier it back for a refund or swap to another size within 7 days of your original purchase.

Do you have a shop so I can come and try on some pieces?

Sorry, Dr Druzy is currently online only. But don’t stress! We know that buying jewellery online can be hard which is why we offer a no questions asked return policy. You can return your jewellery within 7 days of purchase for a credit or refund. The terms are simple, all jewellery must be in the same condition on return as it was when it left us. Easy!
