SHIPPING

Shipping anywhere in New Zealand with NZ Post tracked service is $7 NZD.

Shipping to Australia with NZ Post 3-6 day delivery $19 NZD

Shipping to the rest of the world with NZ Post 10 - 15 day delivery $30 NZD

PLEASE NOTE - New Zealand is far away from the rest of the world and shipping can take a few weeks. We send out all international orders with NZ Post which is tracked upon leaving New Zealand, once it arrives into your country and on delivery. 


Shipping Information For NZ

NZ deliveries can take 1- 4 business days from when the order is placed. We aim to have orders placed from Monday to Thursday dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. 

If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us first to be sure that we can make this happen. 

We use an excellent courier system, and we expect your parcel to arrive just as we sent it - in excellent condition, if it doesn't, we accept responsibility for breakages in transit provided we are notified within 5 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once it has been delivered. 

If your order has not been received (in New Zealand) after 5 business days, please let us know with an email, and include your order number and contact details. 

All packaging used to send your order can be recycled, even the courier bags, so please do your bit to help our environment by recycling these.


International orders are welcome

For international orders, the shipping and handling rate will be calculated on checkout and payment can be made by Paypal or credit card. Some of our heavier crystals and lamps cannot be sent internationally. We will contact you if needed.

After your payment has been confirmed, international delivery can take 2 to 20 business days – taking into consideration that it will not get stopped in customs (see below). In the very rare case that your order has not arrived after 20 business days please let us know with an email, and include your order number and contact details.

Orders placed during holiday periods, including the month of December, can be delayed by postal services in your country. Please keep this in mind as we have no control over when your postal service will deliver your order.

International Customs and Regulations* 

Each country has its own regulations about what is and isn't allowed in their own backyard. Some of the products we sell may be prohibited for importation into your country. Unfortunately, we can't be aware of all of these regulations. For this reason, it is really important that if you are unsure whether or not a product is allowed into your country, that you check it out. 

Dr Druzy is not responsible for the refund/replacement of any goods ordered from us that are prohibited by your country. We are also not responsible for any tax or duty incurred by your parcel once it reaches your country. If an order is returned to us by customs in a condition that allows us to resell it, then we will refund you the value of the order less any shipping costs incurred by us. 

We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to the shipment containing items which are prohibited. So check the laws of your country before placing an order you are unsure about. We also cannot provide refunds for orders sent to incorrect shipping addresses.
 

Please double check your address carefully in the confirmation email and notify us of any changes or corrections ASAP.

In the rare case something goes missing, we will do our best to find it, and we'll keep you posted throughout the process, however we cannot accept liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
