FAQ's

Do you have after pay or my layby?

At the moment there isn't the option of after pay or my layby. Dr Druzy is just a small business (me) and the fees and commission on these are not feasible for me to do unfortunately. I do offer good "Old Fashioned Layby", where you put a deposit on your item and pay it off over time (email for more details on this, I am flexible with payment times). Once your order is paid, your items can be sent out.

How do I know my ring size?

Can you custom make me a piece?

Most probably, provided I am not too busy. Just flick me an email.

My ring doesn't fit. Can I return it?

Of Course! It is hard buying these things online and Dr Druzy understands that. As long as the ring is in the same condition as it is when it left, you can courier it back for a refund or swap to another size within 7 days of your original purchase.

Do you have a shop so I can come and try on some pieces?

Dr Druzy has a studio show room in Levin which is run by appointment so email me to book a time slot. I'm also at various markets in the Kapiti & Horowhenua regions so keep an eye on Instagram and Facebook for dates.
